Interview with the Olivier
MMO: What
made you get interested in modeling?
Olivier: The atmosphere. Modeling
is not just doing
photoshoot or making catwalks, it's not just a job or
a way to get money, I think that this is a lifestyle.
That’s what I like the most about it and make me get
interested about modeling. When I was younger, I
always was fascinated by this world.
MMO:
What is your Astrological sign?
Olivier: Capricorn.

or Hugs?
Olivier: Kisses.

Nickname?
Olivier: Voodoo.
MMO:
What is your favorite "around the house" lounge
wear?
Olivier: My wave cap! Plus, it’s
useful for my hair.
MMO:
French fries or Salad?
Olivier: Depends on the time. Mostly
french fries
because this is a belgian gastronomical speciality and
I often eat this.
MMO:
Tell us one thing about yourself that would
surprise people that know you?
Olivier: I am not crazy!!!

Can you play chess?
Olivier: Of course. Wanna play?
MMO:
If you won $100 million tomorrow, what charitable
organization would you donate money too?
Olivier: UNICEF.
MMO:
What is your favorite meal to cook for someone?
Olivier: Pancakes.

What do you consider to be your greatest physical
asset?
Olivier: My chest.
MMO:
What are your goals in the modeling world?
Olivier: Always be on top, get a
name and go far in
this business, do big commercial campaigns, make
fashion weeks.
MMO:
If you could change something about the world,
what would it be?
Olivier: The poverty.
MMO:
If you could have lunch with anyone who would it
be?
Olivier: Tyra Banks. She looks friendly.
MMO:
What (3) words best describe you?
Olivier: Justified, extroverted,
frank.
MMO:
What are the pros and cons of the modeling world?
Olivier: Pros: People who you can
trust, real
professionals and an agency with a good reputation.
Cons: Modeling scams; “international modeling
license”, people who contact you by the internet
asking you to make financial fees before you work with
them, perverts, and fake professionals.
MMO:
Who is your role model in the modeling industry?
Olivier: Tyson Beckford.
MMO:
What best distinguishes you from the other male
models in the industry?
Olivier: I try to bring a huge intensity
in each photo
I take and every step I walk. I don’t just stay there,
be pretty and pose. I try to play a role and be
original. I‘m modeling, but I try to act too. If I
bring together “to act” and “to model”,
it could be
something new.
MMO:
What is your most exciting experience in the
modeling world?
Olivier: The Top Model Benelux contest
last year. It
was so exciting. I had a great time.
MMO:
If you could be photographed anywhere in the
world, where would that place be?
Olivier: First of all, I would say
the Bahamas because
it’s beautiful, hot, and exotic. But, I think it’s
too
cliché. I would like to be shot in the Brazilian’s
bidonville. I admire the background and this face of
the world. It reminds me my country Haiti.
MMO:
What has been the most exciting place that you
have traveled?
Olivier: New-York City; I was there
for the new
millenium’s eve. I keep in mind a very good souvenir.
I can’t wait to get back there soon!
